1. 개요
소리퀴즈("본 앱")는 만 4~10세 어린이를 대상으로 하는 학습·놀이 앱입니다. 본 앱은 아동의 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 하며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 아동을 대상으로 한 어떠한 행태정보 수집이나 개인 맞춤 광고도 하지 않습니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
본 앱은 회원가입이나 전화번호·이메일 등 직접적인 개인 식별 정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 정보를 처리합니다.
기기 식별자(iOS: identifierForVendor, Android: 기기 ID): 사용자 계정을 자동 생성·식별하기 위함
기기 정보(운영체제 종류·버전, 기기 모델, 언어 설정): 서비스 호환성 및 오류 대응
앱 이용 기록(앱 사용 시간, 게임별 이용 시간·완료 기록·퀴즈 카테고리, 선택한 난이도, 퀴즈 문항별 정답 여부와 응답 시간): 서비스 품질 개선을 위한 통계 분석과 부모님 페이지의 주간 기록
색칠 진행 상태(도안별로 칠한 영역·그린 선·찍은 도장): 색칠하던 그림을 이어서 칠할 수 있도록 서버에 백업
별명(선택): 앱 안에서 직접 입력한 경우에만 서버로 전송됩니다. 문의 대응과 하트 지급 등 운영 지원 시 기기를 알아보기 위함이며, 실명일 필요가 없고 입력하지 않아도 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 입력하지 않으면 앱이 정한 임의 별명이 기기에만 저장됩니다.
기기 식별자와 기기 정보는 앱 최초 실행 시 서비스 서버(api.so-yi.com)로 전송되어 익명 계정 키를 발급받는 데 사용됩니다.
3. 기기에 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 외부로 전송되지 않고 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에만 보관됩니다.

4. 정보의 이용 목적
수집·처리된 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

하트(게임 내 재화) 및 학습 진행 상황 관리
서비스 품질 개선 및 오류 대응
운영 지원(문의 대응, 하트 지급 시 기기 확인 — 별명을 입력한 경우)
본 앱은 수집한 정보를 광고나 마케팅 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.
5. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.
Cloudflare R2: 이미지 및 음성 파일 전송(CDN)
본 앱은 위 서비스 외 제3자에게 이용자의 정보를 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
6. 보관 및 파기
앱 이용 기록은 수집일로부터 180일이 지나면 서버에서 자동 파기됩니다. 기기로 전송된 정보는 서비스 제공 목적을 달성하는 데 필요한 기간 동안 보관되며, 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 삭제를 요청하는 경우 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 기기 내부에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제 시 자동으로 제거됩니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 아동을 주요 대상으로 하며, Google Play 가족 정책 및 관련 아동 개인정보 보호 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 아동으로부터 선택 입력 항목인 별명(제2조) 외의 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동을 대상으로 한 행태정보 기반 광고를 제공하지 않습니다. 보호자는 언제든지 아래 연락처를 통해 아동 관련 정보의 처리에 대해 문의하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 이용자·보호자의 권리
이용자와 보호자는 자신(또는 아동)의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 하실 수 있으며, 앱 내 "진행률 초기화" 기능으로 기기에 저장된 학습 기록을 직접 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
9. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자
유럽경제지역과 영국에서 앱을 이용하는 경우 GDPR 및 영국 GDPR에 따라 다음이 적용됩니다.
처리 근거: 기기 식별자와 이용 기록은 서비스 제공이라는 정당한 이익에 근거해 처리합니다. 별명은 보호자가 직접 입력하는 선택 항목이며, 입력하지 않으면 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
아동: 본 앱은 아동으로부터 별명 외의 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 별명 입력은 보호자가 하도록 안내합니다. 행태정보 기반 광고를 제공하지 않습니다.
국외 이전: 정보는 대한민국에 있는 서버에서 처리됩니다. 대한민국은 유럽연합 집행위원회의 적정성 결정(2021년 12월 17일) 대상국이므로 별도의 이전 안전장치 없이 이전할 수 있습니다.
권리: 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 처리 반대, 데이터 이동을 요청할 수 있으며, 거주 국가의 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 하시면 됩니다.

1. Overview
Sori Quiz ("the App") is a learning and play app designed for children ages 4-10. Protecting children's personal information is our top priority, and the App processes only the minimum information needed to provide the service. The App shows no advertising and does not collect behavioral data or serve personalized ads to children.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not require sign-up or any direct personal identifiers such as phone number or email. To provide the service, the following is processed:
Device identifier (iOS: identifierForVendor, Android: device ID): to automatically create and identify a user account
Device information (OS type/version, device model, language setting): for compatibility and troubleshooting
App usage records (time in app, per-game play time, completion and quiz category, selected difficulty level, whether each quiz answer was right and how long it took): for statistical analysis to improve service quality and for the weekly report on the Parents page
Coloring progress (filled areas, brush strokes and stamps for each picture): backed up to the server so a picture can be continued later
Nickname (optional): sent to the server only when it is typed in the app. It lets us recognize the device when handling support requests or granting hearts. It does not need to be a real name, and every feature works without it. If none is entered, a random nickname chosen by the app is kept on the device only.
The device identifier and device information are sent to the service server (api.so-yi.com) on first launch to issue an anonymous account key.
3. Information Stored on the Device
The following is kept only in local storage on the device and is never sent externally:
Account key (API Key)
Cached category list
Per-game best scores and progress (coloring progress is also backed up to the server, as described in section 2)
Recently served question history (to avoid repeats)
Random nickname chosen by the app (when none was entered)
This information is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
4. How Information Is Used
Collected information is used only for:
Creating and maintaining an anonymous user account
Managing hearts (in-game currency) and learning progress
Improving service quality and fixing errors
Operational support (recognizing the device for support requests or heart grants, when a nickname was entered)
The App does not use collected information for advertising or marketing.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following external services to operate:
Cloudflare R2: delivery of image and audio files (CDN)
The App does not sell or provide user information to any other third party.
6. Retention and Deletion
App usage records are automatically deleted from the server 180 days after collection. Information sent from the device is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and is deleted without delay when you uninstall the app or request deletion. Information stored on the device is removed automatically when the app is uninstalled.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is designed primarily for children and complies with the Google Play Families policy and applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA. Apart from the optional nickname described in Section 2, the App does not collect personally identifiable information from children, and it does not serve behavioral advertising to children. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time using the contact below to ask about, or request deletion of, information related to their child.
8. Your Rights
Users and guardians may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their (or their child's) information using the contact below. You can also delete learning records stored on the device directly with the in-app "Reset progress" feature.
9. EEA and UK Users
If you use the App in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the following applies under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Legal basis: the device identifier and usage records are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the service. The nickname is optional and entered by a guardian; if it is not entered, nothing is sent to our server.
Children: apart from the nickname, the App collects no personally identifiable information from children, and the nickname prompt is addressed to guardians. We serve no behavioral advertising.
International transfer: information is processed on servers in the Republic of Korea, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection (adequacy decision of 17 December 2021), so no additional transfer safeguard is required.
Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Use the contact below.
Changes to this policy will be announced in the app and on the store listing. This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Korean text is the legally binding version.
